Hey there! Though we might have lives that appear very unique from each other, I’m sure we can relate to the desire to be healthy for ourselves, our family and kids, our future.
I first confronted serious health issues within my own family when my father had a very serious heart attack: ‘the widow maker.’ I was twenty years old and I didn’t understand the web of health issues that can build up to a cardiac event – including lifestyle and genetics.
Thankfully, my dad was ok, but my eyes were opened to how we could live healthier lifestyles. Fast forward about ten years and I faced my own health obstacles: being genetically pre-disposed to Cardiovascular Disease and learning I had PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome).
Friend, I appeared to be a healthy and fit thirty year old: I did cardio and avoided fat and cholesterol! But taking these measures didn’t support my body.
I learned about how metabolic syndrome and PCOS are both related to underlying insulin issues. I pivoted career paths, started coaching fitness classes and eventually, Nutrition & Fitness Accountability. I also traded cardio for strength training and egg whites for satiating meals!
So let me ask, are you ready to take a step in your nutrition and fitness journey? Because I know you want more for yourself – physically, emotionally and spiritually.

A few questions you may have...
Accountability Coaching teaches you strategies to employ to achieve body recomposition. Based on the strategies you put into play, sustained weight loss is a long-term goal that only works…if you put the work in. Additionally, excess weight loss is achieved by a dietary caloric deficit – which more naturally happens when healthy nutrition and fitness practices are done in tandem (and for a specified period of time, not forever!). Barring any medical issues that would prevent a student from losing weight, Accountability Coaching aims to help the student reach their goals through learned behavior changes and practices.
